Riders will now find a recommendation card in all of the BPART vehicles. Please take this opportunity to recommend us to others. If the service did not meet your expectations, you can also reach out to our Director for resolution.

To continue providing the highest quality of transportation services, BPART is asking for your input via a survey. Feedback is appreciated as the program continues to seek ways to enhance the services being offered. The survey period will conclude on July 2nd. The survey consists of multiple-choice questions, and there is space for any comments. The time to complete the survey is estimated to be less than 5 minutes.
